For comprehensive outdoor environments, we begin with a dedicated design phase that allows for thoughtful exploration of layout, materials, grading, planting, and hardscape features — such as pools, gazebos, and outdoor kitchens. This collaborative process ensures that every component is carefully considered and cohesively integrated.  Once the design is finalized, we prepare a detailed and itemized estimate before moving seamlessly into construction. This integrated approach maintains design continuity, provides accurate cost estimation, and delivers a refined, cohesive result from concept through completion.

2. Estimate – Design – Build
Ideal for smaller projects and softscape-focused landscapes

For projects centered primarily on planting and softscape elements — such as gravel, boulders, and plant material — we offer a streamlined, efficient process without an upfront design fee. We begin by presenting curated package options that include varying levels of plant density and material inclusions at a set price per square foot.  Once a package is selected and a deposit is received, we develop a design aligned with the chosen scope and budget. Clients may adjust materials, or incorporate additional elements as desired, with cost transparency maintained throughout the process.

3. Design-Only Services
Ideal for clients seeking design and planning without construction

We offer design-only services for clients who desire an expertly developed, construction-ready landscape plan without engaging our build services. These detailed drawings provide clarity and direction, allowing the project to be implemented independently or at a later date while maintaining the integrity of the original design vision.
